It depends on whether you want to believe the message Teck offers on Schaft Creek. If you want to believe Teck's inferences then Schaft Creek is "long-dated" and "early stages" and "(only) more valuable because of better commodity prices". These are Don's words from his previous conference call. According to Don's words it sounds to me like they are " "resting on their ores" " and are not in a hurry to " "surface value" " at Schaft Creek.
That said, there is a minor morcel of hope for the endlessly hopeful, if you want to beleive that Schaft Creek is the Project Satelite project that Don is talking about near the 52 minute mark when he says "...at some point we'll engage in a transaction and get that for shareholders...".
