Reading this again, would it be that:

- the SCJV has 85.5% of all the Liard shares and therefore Copper Fox would have 25% of 85.5% + a percentage coming from elsewhere

So Teck would not give up 30% of the net proceeds, because they have 75% of 85.5%, but they would need to pay a fair amount of dollars every year.
