Why couldn't it just be that Teck is really interested to purchase our 25% and Copper Fox needs an independant study to close any deal regardless if it's with Teck or another party?

In 3 to 6 months, they could simultaneously announce a transaction for X amount, which is backed by an independant study (PEA).

Copper Fox shareholders won't be able to complain. Teck shareholders won't be able to complain.
