Let's remember that insiders have more warrants to exercise than just the tranche @ 0.9 cents. Some will want to space the exercising of warrants over more than one year.

The news was good, but I haven't done any handstands yet. But when I do, I will wear my leopard print onesie if the buy-out price is the right figure!
