I just called the office because I have these warrants.   It has been triggered but the board is deciding on if they will be following through with the acceleration or not (in other words they need to check with Ernesto).  I was told that this will be determined in the first week of January, with emails going out to PP participants (there is no obligation for the company to produce a NR)
