It appeared Elmer was next to him so I asked Colin for comment on reason stock is jumping. Typical answer: recent article, copper prices, upcoming PEAs etc so it may just be a spike due to buzz. Elmer remembered me lol after 10 years. I told Colon to tell Elmer he made me a multi millionaire and took it away as quickly. Colin enjoyed that and had a laugh. If something was actually being negotiated they wouldn't be able to tell me so no real news except their office is open and all is well!
