I also thought about that Jimmy but have come to the conclusion that this has nothing to do with the JV. CUU is doing it on their own dime and doing it for a reason. I think that reason is to be able to publish and show whoever they want the results including shareholders, the public and any interested parties that may want CUU's share of the JV. I think that's the idea behind the whole thing and I would bet someone has already shown some interest.
