I didn't disagree with you at all on the value of the asset.

we should have seen a .20c pop but those in the know were already there.

new buyers should have come in, read .20c increase, but didn't because mgmt has done a crap job on marketing and telling the story. And there is little trust in mgmt ability to deliver anything other than a missed deadline. So hard to attract new buyers.
