First, I always appreciate your perspective EG and I think you could be right - please continue to post!  I hope you are wrong, I don't know if I have the stamina to wait on this another 8 yrs.  

I think we are in a good spot with where are projects are, and the climate is one we are ripe to sell.  I sure hope Elmer and EE are also seeing that the time is now and that their relationship building and soft ball approach with Teck will pay off with Teck playing fair with us.  

I just want sales in the very near future, I am flexible on what we get ( not that I have any say), but I do want closure on schaft creek.

I've put my bets on the table the EE is ready to be done too, I hope I am right!
