If Teck and Foxy have come to some agreement on price, Teck may very well want this to run up.  That way, if they offer a 50% premium to share price it will be acceptable to Foxy and all shareholders on both sides.  I'm sure Teck knows Ernesto won't settle given the size of the deposit, the unexplored potential, the great jurisdiction, and of course the soaring price of copper.  If this runs up to a buck or so in the next couple of weeks my guess is that something is in the works, or has already been hashed out.  Would love to see 2 bucks for Schaft.
