The Van Dyke property will most likely be sold to one of the area operators. There are significant optimizations on capital costs if another company, like BHP or Freeport, already has a SX/EW plant. The cap cost savings on that alone is almost 25%, which has a big impact on the IRR sensitivity. Another reason is the small size(1.1 billion lbs recoverable) compared to the adjacent operations. That would fit best as an addition to an existing operation. Now some of those companies are heavyweights  so they might be interested in SC as well. The only way to find out is to talk to them.
