There have been several posts like this recently... so I don't know if we need another one

The article points out how miners are currently cautious at spending lots of money. I suspect that this will then play out as these attempts often do. They try to be careful at the beginning but eventually some projects get sold which creates pressure on the careful ones to do something.... miners get pushed into replenshing the cupboard "while they can". IMO.
