Why does there have to be price suppression?  

What if it is simply taking some profits off the table? After doing a very nice price rise over the past 5 months...perhaps there are some investors who want to reduce the amount of money invested in CUU. Investors are trying to sell high...once it starts dropping then some panic and say I want to sell now before it drops more.

With this share price increase... I wonder if when the SC PEA  is released, will the share price decrease on sell the news event? I hope not. 

Looking forward to the price being over $1 again
