It now has 1B after-tax NPV (8%) value

Zafranal is in Peru so I wonder if it will still have any after-tax npv value at all after the very popular mining-nationalism party gets voted in.   Too bad they didn't ""surface value"" faster.   All talk and no walk I guess.

Remember "Never rest on your ores" and "surfacing value within 3-5 years".  Well its been about five years and not much has been done, imo.   They rested on their ores and now they are scrambling to jetison the garbage and hyper-advance the hidden gems.

And poor ol Don is setting himself up once again for a capitulation at the top.  It may be just a little while longer before commodities peak but a b/o offer then is like money in the bank folks!
