Share price indicates to me that a deal is not happening "SOON", hope i am wrong. 

 I dont mind the wait thru 2021,but the anticipation of expecting news and not getting any. Way, way passed promised deadlines. Lack of communicating with shareholders in a timely manner, is the most upsetting!!!! showing such disrespect to shareholders, giving  some very unnecessary anxious moments by promising and then no reason given when these events do not happen.
