I agree. I didn't hear anything in the AGM Q&A session to indicate anything but a lot more waiting. If they are not considering the sale of SC asset at all, then I can't see anything that the market will get excited by in a PEA. Sigh!

If they could sell the SC for $500 million - pay half of that to shareholders or $0.50/share - then keep the $250 million for developing the other projects. Then you have a company that has rewarded their shareholders and you have a pile of money to develop your projects without dilution.
