Thanks for confirming. Not surprising, as it is Arizona. So, the in situ leaching method for the mine needs to be done in such a way that the goundwater source of water for the town of Miami is not affected. This is such an obvious dealbreaker that it must have been looked into at the outset and the hydrogeological modelling requirement will demonstrate it is a non-issue. That's an assumption on my part though as I haven't talked to the office myself about this.
