WAY TOO LOW!! No chance.

If you watch Elmers recent public interview- he confirms the company's NAV IS 840 million- at that date representing 16% of nav when looking at trading price! He stated this is way too low.

840 million nav includes SC & VD After tax economics! This means the company wants full nav in a buyout at minimum (starting point in buyout discussions).

25-30% of nav is not correct. Contact the office and report back if the 30% is accurate- they might laugh at you
