I wonder if it is getting too late. So many economist warning of an upcoming recession. CF diddled and daddled and Teck took three years to drill 5000 feet. This may have taken too long as an economic  downturn could sour so many.

Even if some company makes an offer there is still quite a lengthy process to finalize that.

I see Iraq paid off some oil debt not using USD. The US can not regime change the world.

Hopefully the economist are wrong and CF, moves it's butt, a little faster.
