I don't see how anyone other than Teck would buy us. ES said that should a sale to another buyer be required they would have to involve a bank and it would cost millions of dollars. They don't have and as things stand now, will not have,that kind of money. Teck has insisted that all reports be lowballed so we would need to update them and that's more money we don't have. ES reportedly told Jason to just promote VD. Why? Because ES and EE know they are under Tecks thumb with no way out. A ROFO is useless without another buyer in the wings and for the above reasons that is very unlikely. 

Just my opinion. I would love it if someone has evidence to contradict it.
