Thanks GY but I'm still confused. (The older I get the more common the occurrence ). If the scjv says they can't discuss SC without Tecks permission, if at all, how can they promote a fair value to other investors before presenting a ROFO to Teck? Can they give out any info other than in an approved news release? For example could they take the approved pea with 60% of grades and low ball metal prices and do some math and give that to potential investors? Just asking. I have no idea how any of the negotiations would work.
