You may be correct in that. It certainly seems that Teck holds all the power in th jv. And they have an agenda that I for one cannot understand. If their plan was to purchase cf, then why delay it and wait for higher copper values. They could have just made a good offer years ago and taken this prject. But now it could cost them more for purchase, production costs will be much higher. They must have know the demand for copper was only going to reach a much higher demand. But they choose to drag it out. And the cf office can only sit on it's hands.
