 ...the new company scenario posited by Sibiu2 he suggested valuing it at $55 million.

That was not a valuation, it was for example purposes to show how it would work. $55 million works easily with the 550 million shares as 1 for 10 distribution for the new company. $55 million valuation is just as laughable as the $22 million
