"Dok property".....that's a throw back to another one of Elmer's property I think.  I remember investing heavy in Elmer back in the day as he was ceo of the fox and Boxxer Gold.  Dok was the big property of Boxxer....that company ended up fading into the distance and I lost a bunch of money.
