As a guy who's been involved in the Auto industry in one way or another for almost 54 years including running dealerships and training all aspects of employees I'm here to tell you EV will be a major fail in the North American market. The feds have given 24 biliion in tax free money to Stellantis (Fiat/Chrysler) and Volkswagen and Honda is sniffing around looking for another 14 billion. Auto manufacturers will nod yes (of course we'll hit the numbers the feds are dictating) and change their assembly plants back overnight (after they're taken the money of course).
