Question....when can this start? Already nearing May! Will Teck delay this drilling too? More starvation?

shouldn't the drills start turning?? It's my understanding the area is experiencing hotter than normal temperatures, couple this with a very warm winter....there should be zero issues for drills! I assume it's snow free?
