20 dma is 13 cents. Optics are on par with industry standard and probably why the SP closed at 13 today. FT comes with tax advantage so the 2 cent difference of 13 cent options and 15 cent FT is a non issue. The biggest issue shoud be whether or not 33 is done selling.
