Under a dollar; imo, accumulation around $1.00 should be quite OK. Notice that the barrel peaks over $40, once in a while. Eventually, (but not yet,) it will rise again and Crocotta will make us money. Do your due diligence; I've been buying back around $1.10 average recently.
