He will not post to any board ,against sec. reg and to much liability.

They are waiting on (forgot her name) to sign not huge, although he could over ride her at any time. No time frames, could happen at any time. Its a waiting game just like most said.

social issue have to continue its part of the deal.

funding was not an issue at this time

He did mention even the Russians are waiting for permits as well as other mining companies.
