Hey, moz, I haven't read the contract. Have you? In the absence of some contractual prohibition, and as long as KRY remains as a legal "person" or a separate legal entity, I believe that the ownership of that entity has no bearing on execution of the contract. In fact, ownership of KRY changes every day the market is open. Any attorneys in the group care to comment?
