My first thought on the action we have today is related to those investors/traders who sold about a month ago for tax loss selling. I would imagine the action we have today is a result of investors/traders coming back into this stock after claiming a lost.

My thinking for this is that KRY did not have any unusual action prior to MARN issuing the permit in 2006. In addition, GRZ did not show any PPS action prior to receiving their environmental permit. I would be highly suspect of any leak out there, since there was no leak present in either of the above cases.

However, most investor can probably see that the progress towards the permit looks much brighter recently then it has in awhile.
