with hugh special powers -one would think when a subject comes to a vote and not enough support me thinks hugh then can just ram er through . like the lattest ashvalt thing. he basically has more power up his sloeve. my concern is that no mention of mining reform it soposto be  a top priorty thing . one would think some mention of it would happen since gold is way way up. maybe hugh plays chess??
