Metz makes a good point.  When Chavez does the ceremony for the permit, likely during an Alo Presidente TV show, it would be reasonable that KRY execs be present.

Location(s) of the KRY execs may be tell-tale of what may be happening on the permit.  

Another tell-tale might be observations of the purchased mining equipment being readied for shipping or being loaded onto a cargo vessel. 

Yesterday KRY got a bit of pummeling from the margin calls.  Fri should shape up as good for KRY, and possibly make up for a portion of the set back from the last three days.
