A competent company (which Crystallex claims to be) would currently have a tentative construction engineering schedule ready to go, with a general timeline for the project. The KRY management, or at least the engineers, will have a very good idea of how a project will schedule out. Actual dates would not be in the schedule, but it would be something like : Day 1 - Task 1, Day 7 - Task 2, Day 45 - Task 3, etc. This would be easily put together using a scheduling program (ie. MS Project), probably quite a while ago.

After the "green light" (permit) is received, the actual dates (milestones) would be inserted into the schedule. This is pretty much how things are done around the world in engineering construction.

Seems my point is; Why wait to ask until the permit is received?

We can demand to see the construction schedule once we get the permit. If there are any dumb ass\inexplicable gaps in the time lines it will be readily apparant.
