...that KRY simply needs one final signature to commence construction.  The NA has already singled them out publicly with praise for their social works and proclaimed that the permit should be granted post haste.  My point is that we may very well get the nod on the permit in a Dow Jones newswire release....notwithstanding the fact that the new mining minister is scheduled to be trotting across countless hectares of jungle in his effort to reach out to the people on the local level.  It is not inconceivable that Hugo announces the permit on his radio show after the news has already been released to the business community.
