I don't know if you can blame the price move all on the "tax" story.

When you do not own enough shares to be the
manipulator you are the manipulated.
Yesterday I got more of ths wonderful stock at the bargian
price of TWO DOLLAR per share.
I was lucky because the price plumeted so fast the
brokers could not fill my limit orders at $2.25 and $2.15
and they settled at two bucks.
