Does this read like they are not a passive investor? That's what it looks like to me.

Could these people be the annonymous investors that many are wondering about on the house position charts?

I guess if you had 40M shares, moving a few hundred thousand a day would not add much to volume, but could be an effective way to control the price?

Anyone?
