jet, i'm guessing the politicians in ven read reports pretty much the same way we do......

check out the highlighted or bold sentences of reports that have snappy titles...think about it a little bit then go have a beer...come back and do what you were going to do from the beginning regardless of what the report said.....except down there they drag it out longer... :)
