1 square kilometer is equal to 100 hectares so.... 4million hectares is equivalent to 40 000 square kilometers.

If you look at the Vheadline pics, and use the airport in the pic as reference of 2km. We are thus approximately 16km from the Rio Guyuni near Las Claritas. If Rio Guyuni was the center of the 4 million hectares we would be well inside the boundry for mining, by some 38400 hectares.
