If Roy says there is no hope in hell that Crystallex will get the permit, than why did the government ask for the bond and taxes to be paid. If this issue with ETP was true the government would of never asked for the bond to be paid, since this would only strengthen KRY claim to mine LC.

If this is indeed true, it would be best for KRY to tie up the property in a legal battle for years. Hopefully such action would prevent Venezuela from exploit the resource when gold is high.
