Comments in Nov and comments now by the government but notice no action. Why does the gov't just not come out with it and get rid of KRY. This could have happened after the appeal deadline but it didn't. IMO they can't thus all of the comments about LC and specifically leaving out KRY. The contract is still good they are just trying to squeeze KRY.

Think of this. We have been asking why did Minamb approve the EIS and KRY has obtained all of the other needed permits just not the Permit which is held over KRY's head like a carrot. KRY called back to the table last summer and the proposals accepted. Again why not just kick KRY out?

Why, because if VZ is interested in seeing another company mine LC then these permits all have to be in place for a transfer to another company in order for the initial phase of the mine construction to begin in 2009. This is far from over.
