It will never end up going to court. Once the Grz/Rml situation is resolved we will know if we will be mining or selling to a company a lot larger than Rml. My gut tells me we will be mining in a JV with someone. If we able to work out an agreement to start mining without a ton of dillution we should be fine. Selling a piece for financing or keeping a piece of the pie with a share and cash deal would work fine with me. If we're still in play in LC by the end of 2009 with a permit we could be back to old highs.
