For those of you who have been invested in this stock as long as I have (1997), you know that the company have never backed down from a fight. The litigation that has gone down over the years with respect to LC is EPIC in proportion. Crystallex was fighting for the rights to the deposit long before Placer walked away. That was at a time when it cost more to dig the gold than you could sell it for.

You can trust me that Crystallex management and directors are extrememly well versed when it comes to navigating through the Venezuelan system. You can't press so hard so as to be seen as a bully - it won't work - Chavez only "tolerates" capatalism to the extent that it can finance his socialist agenda. There is constant dialouge (albeit not with Chavez or Sanz) with government officials.

I'm not saying that we will mine LC but I can almost assure you that it will be tied up in litigation for another decade if we don't. For that reason alone, the ability of any other entity to raise the capital needed to get the mine built and into production is SLIM to NONE.
