If I read the article correctly which I'm sure I did, all Carson did was have a simple interview and Quote Agapov. Roy didn't say we don't have a cat's chance in hell of mining, Agapov did.

It wasn't Agapov it was from his interview of an ex Crystallex employee who now works for Rml so take it for what it's worth.
