Sorry EddyCom, notifying MinAmb again would only encourage further delays.It's Hugo who has to "step up to the plate" and just sign for the approval of issuing the Permit!

"As May 28th approaches, KRY notifies MinAmb of its intent to start arbitration. Then, MinAmb says "we will really work faster and resolve the issue soon". Then, KRY gives another 2 months."

The only way to assureno futher delays is to start arbitration ASAP: May 28th
