After 10 years of bad managements, politicalization, corruption, improvisation and another evils, the national Government has found in world-wide the financial crisis the perfect excuse to explain the critical state of the companies basic, motor of the development of Guayana. And that until does very little denied that the crisis went to affect our country.
The true causes of the setback of the companies of the CVG nevertheless have been denounced by unions, workers and politicians.

The leader of La Causa Radical (LCR), Andres Velasquez, who during years has alerted on the progressive deterioration of the basic companies of Guayana, denied to minister of Basic Industries and Minería (Mibam), Rodolfo Sanz, and to all those that have attributed the crisis in the factories to the setback financial world-wide.

During a press conference offered from he soothes of the political organization, the ex- governor of the state Bolivar indicated like unique person in charge from the situation national Head of State. “President Chávez ruined to Guayana”, sentenced.

The ex- union leader considers that the Venezuelan Corporation of Guayana (CVG) happened to be the motor from the region to a shelter of “fleeting presidents” and to a research laboratory of models that have failed in other corners of the world.

It affirms that the CVG has dismantled it with the creation of the Ministry of Basic Industries and Mining, the National Company of Basic Industries (Coniba) and the National Iron and steel Corporation.

Causes
“The disregard of the national Government, the bad administration and the corruption have seized of the basic companies”, indicates Velasquez. Consequences
