These statements indicate that the government will not give Crystallex the permit but may offer a buy-out. If Crystallex does not agree on the buy-out offer we will most likely head to the ICSID.

Sánchez: That is correct and now it won't be able to do things the way it had hoped. The government is also being sued by Crystallex because of Las Cristinas - or at least, that's what the company said it would do. But apparently it plans to wait until April to reach an agreement with the government.

I suppose it will try to reach an economic agreement because the government is determined to keep Las Cristinas.
