Any thoughts about averaging down....

Assume, for the sake of this conversation, we hear nothing for another month; where will we be on SP? I have some dry powder. How low wll this go in a month? I start averaging down if this goes any lower. Any thoughts on resistance levels at all? I know technicals do not play a huge roll in this, but curious about peoples thoughts. Thanks lady and gentlemen.
