wym/EZ, i understand the arbitration being the stronger route but mael would still be an asset to kry. this should be kept in mind for the future. mael got LC for kry once, no reason this whole sht sandwich could'nt happen again after hugo is gone. if kry files BK (or does'nt) somebody will inherit the rights that got this whole drama started for kry.

if kry files BK i'll always wonder if that was'nt the intention for years. making buddies money for years, file BK to eliminate the shareholders and other possible legal problems. settle with venezuela and come out with a new and improved version of kry...wash, rinse, repeat...
