You make me laugh JCW.

My issue with you and MOMG is that you are fear mongers based on no real knowledge, and that you keep making the same STUPID comments/questions again and again, despite any casual observer with an IQ of 70 knowing that the company cannot respond to what you keep demanding.

While I am quite sure that I have forgotten more than you will ever know (just based on too much education, experience, and personal effort), I am far from better than others. To the contrary, I am more comfortable at Home Depot helping folks pick out plumbing parts, than in a room full of professionals.

As I get older, other things become more important to me than money. I mow my own 5 acre front lawn weekly (and sadly bag it with a Kubota 26HP that has a rear take off bagger -- yup it is insane, but fun and motivated by the little lady who only likes my work, due to a sad obsession with perfection all things).

If you haven't tried it, tractos are very fun. Had I known about big tractors in my younger years, it would have saved me from wasting a lot of money on a string of red 911s of all types.

I just do not suffer fools well, and never have done so.

Being quite busy with work, consulting, business ventures, and the yard, I apologize that I have no further time for you and your negative and incorrect issues, but time is limited.

To be honest, I used to respect your opinion, until you got stuck in this silly loop and went off the deep end as others have in the past.

With Crystallex we are all in the same boat.

I have never made it a secret that I have little to no repect for Bob "I can always get financing" Fung, but I do see our claim as viable and ultimately bringing enough to heal at least some of those who are too deep and really need the money.

Good luck to you and Merry Christmas to you, and all the members of the board (and Happy Holidays where appropriate).

Enough said for this year and then some, see you in mid January or so when we are back arbitrating.
